Job Description
Collect and document business requirements; - Support user acceptance tests: - Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. - Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings - Performing requirements analysis. -Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. - Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. - Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. - Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. - Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration - Help design, document and maintain system processes - Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team - Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer Requirements - Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance - A degree in IT / Computer Science - Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing - Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools - Basic knowledge in generating process documentation - Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
The Successful Applicant Windows XP and Windows 7 basic experience; Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Installation and update of software environment in test lab; Previous experience in test support for implementation proposes including: * Test execution; * Test results analysis and interpretation of results; * Report issues to 3rd level support; * Detailed reporting of tests results; * Results Summary and reporting Previous experience in support of a solution including: * Logs analyzes; * Data extraction; * Report to 3rd level support; * Ability to work under pressure; * Ability to interact with the client in meetings; Fluent in English;
