experiência em desenvolvimento IBM BPM – perfil sénior;
experiência em administração Websphere Application Server – fator preferencial;
conhecimentos transversais funcionais: modelação de processos (BPMN), analise de negocio (reclamações, transferências e gestão cartões), modelação de dados.
