Learning & Development Specialist (m/f) - Regional
  • Based in Lisbon and Reporting to the Regional HR Director
  • Managing the learning and development initiates within the Region
  • About Our Client
    • Global multinational company

    Job Description
    • Accountable for succession plan and talent management strategy;
    • Apply different training techniques including classroom sessions, coaching, e-learning, workshops;
    • Develop training programmes aligned with the organisation's objectives;
    • Produce training materials and develop plans and help employees grow with L&D practices;
    • Become the point of contact for Regional HR Development subjects;
    • Relationships with external training suppliers;
    • Provides all HR information for tenders and bids;
    • Acts as important player for the development of Regional HR team from a Learning & Development vision.
    The Successful Applicant
    • Higher Education in Management of Human Resources, Psychology or similar;
    • At least 5 years of experience in L&D preferably in multinational companies;
    • Excellent English skills in both verbal as written;
    • Availability to travel abroad, in order to develop human resources projects;
    • Coach certification is a strong advantage.
